Fall greenhouse: tomatoes, greens, radishes, and eggplant! We will house our hemp starters over the winter to save them for the spring!

Guineas: mostly disease free, hardy, good as a warning sign for predators for the rest of the flock, reminiscent of game birds taste-wise, good for pest control,

Fall crops Right now we are starting our greenhouse crops like tomatoes, some herbs, and eggplant, and Swiss chard. Hopefully we can give you ingredients for those delicious seasonal soups, stews, and pastas. Along with veggies we also have greens available, such as butter crunch lettuce, kale, Swiss chard, collards, and cabbage

Herbs are great right now and are less bitter due to the shortening of Fall days! The same goes for our lettuce and other brassicas. Brussels sprouts do great right now too due to the weather and sun patterns!

Pheasant and Chukar are ready for all you restaurant and gourmet chefs looking for quality, local game birds.

Our quail will be ready in about 8-10 weeks!

Please feel free to inquire for pricing on all birds!

Chicken eggs are 2/$6
